Rude Delivery driver

This concerned my previous order ...The food was not poured but the delivery driver attitude was bad...He tell me off why i dont have a door bell but please.tell him to respect customer on the tone and speech of his is quite rude... i mean as basic respect it is better to call first than to ring the bell Directly disturbing my neighbours n that y i dont put bell ...please be alert to remind ur delivery guy to call my phone rather than knocking on the door then i notice when he pass the food to me he kept saying " careful my fingers"! But i has to take the food n his fingers r blocking the way so i tell him dont worry n never even touch his fingers but his words r offensive ...please do something ...their words r insensitive i have keep trusting panda but the quality of the food delivered plus the attitude of the delivery driver is important and crucial as even they are late they dont bothered to apologise thats bad...abd can even late like u know 15 to 30 mins and not feel ashamed...also the attitude of the customer service is a bit slow ...and previously i send so many emails on the attitude of the bad service of the delivery driver but do not bother to reply the emails please appreciate rhe feedback as there is so much to improve and untill now they still own me sugar cane ...my money not compensate n no one address my problem...this is serious...there is one customer service his name is brian or something he seems prompt but keep asking me to rate him when i did not see the rate button his attityde change a little ...i mean we dont own them anything so please respect the customers i hope ...and hope inprovement in the driver is highly motivated as the mistakes keep repeating and food keep poured or sauce poured is quite terrible please take note .Thank you.
